Flooding/stagnant water

Reported via iOS in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 04:49, Friday 8 April 2022

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later

The water either side of the path between the sports field and Yew Tree park is very high and stagnant. There was even a duck on it. This is a huge safety risk as there is nothing stopping a child or dog from falling in and it would be incredibly difficult to get them out as the sides are just mud, not secure and slippery. More needs to be done to prevent someone falling in. A safety ring or rope should be located there to help a rescue. I’m just stunned this passes any risk assessments?
