Hole developing by manhole

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3444167.

A services (drain) trench connection to the manhole has started to sink/subside and is creating a hole which catches the tyre and impacts on the nearside suspension. The surface needs digging out, filled and resurfaced.
