URGENT - obstruction in the middle of lane that's been there for two weeks. Row of traffic cones wedged into a manhole cover. It's a complete hazard. It creates a dangerous "give way" situation.

Someone has wedged a row of traffic cones into a sunken manhole cover/deep pot hole. This URGENTLY needs attention before there's an accident. Been like this for over a week. It's a busy road and causes conjestion. It's a hazard that a person might not see on approach, especially at night. It creates a "give-way" situation on an already narrowed busy road (parked cars, double bike lanes, bike lane armadillos, etc).
