Build up of debris at pedestrian crossing

There is a severe build-up of debris at the pedestrian crossing/island near the junction of Dunleys Hill and Western Lane. This prevents proper use by pushchair and wheelchair users. The debris has also collected around the kerbs of the island, preventing safe crossing.
