Street pole light too strong at night affecting sleep

The light it's a very strong LED one and it shines in every room of our house, seriously affecting our night rest. We've tried blinds and closing doors, but still going through. I'd like to suggest, if possible, a dimmer, maybe yellow light, or a "hat" that would shade the houses and only light the parking area and street, please.
