Broken branch caught in tree, will fall at some point in time

Reported via desktop in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 20:59, Tue 5 April 2022

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3440110.

There is a broken branch that will fall down sometime and could strike anyone using the footpath or adjacent garden. It is not easily seen in the first picture and I will try and get a close up that is useful, as previous picture were too dark. The tree should also be checked for any more rotten branches as the remains of this can be easliy seen from the garden.
