Cycle path uneven and littered with old foliage/leaves

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3437730.

The cycle path is un even, hard to ride a bike on and is very slippery when wet due to the old leaves and foliage on it. Not fit for purpose!
