Updates

  • I've not reported the fallen tree personally as I know who to report it to, This'll be the Environment Agency as a majority of the watercourse named Rothley Brook is a "Main River".

"Ordinary watercourses" (small brooks/streams & ditches) are the responsibility of the local Borough/District Council as well as the Adjacent landowners named "Riparian landowners".

Anyways, I guess the Tree is still over into Rothley Brook But where as the Watercourse is a long watercourse...

  • The tree is the property of the landowner who is the riparian owner and to whom this report has been forwarded.
