Overflowing skip. Area used as rubbish dump

Chilton Waste skip and white [portable cabin] on the grass in Mendip Heights. This appears to be used as a general rubbish dump on what used to be a childrens play area. Children are climbing in and out of the skip, but no-one seems to know who this skip is hired by and who is using it. Had turned this residential area into an eyesore !
