Abandoned car round the side of the vape shop

Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3430881.

The black BMW has been there for over a month and has not moved from this space. The tyres are flat and it is clearly not being used. The vehicle can be found in the shopping car park, round the side of the vape shop. Car has cream leather interior.
