The cover to the fire hydrant has been dislodged and needs a replacement.

You will see that this problem has not been passed to BDC. IF the problem is on a pavement (footway) then it needs to be reported directly to Worcs. CC's H/ways Dept. via their webpage. As it is reasonably close to the Fire Station it would be a good idea to actually put a copy of this FMY report through their letter box or drop it into their Fire Station reception.
