Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3424670.

When is this play area going to be opened to the public? No work has been carried out for at least a year and it looks finished. If it's not going to be opened, then what was the point and expense of building it?

This is not a play area owned or maintained by the district council. As it is on a relatively new development it is probably still managed by the original developer, Taylor Wimpey in this instance. I'm afraid I don't have any contact details for them.
