The mobility scooter parked on Market Street has been graffiti'd and smeared with dog sh*t. It's absolutely disgusting and makes me feel sick walking past it. Please try to sort it, please!

Please could something be done abput the atrocious mess at The Strand, Torquay. It haa been a mess for many weeks now and is attracting vermin. A young couple are sleeping rough and absolutely intoxicated. It is a terrible image for the resort and I have seen holiday makers looking in disgust at the debris.
