RoW Footpath Obstructed By Electric Fence

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3418190.

Footpath 041/28/1 has been obstructed/blocked by three electric fences erected by the farmer. The middle fence is NOT detachable. This has occurred between Nurstead Farm and North Lane where the footpath travels in a straight line, diagonally over both fields.

For the avoidance of doubt -- querying this route with the council tools shows the footpath going straight over the fields, but you can't get over the middle fence.

    Additionally this is a safety issue -- there are no warning signs on any of the electric fences, including at least one you're forced to pass.
