In front of my property there is a continuous problem with fly tipping. The land is privately owned but to get in touch with the owners everything always has to go through the council. This area needs cleaning on a regular basis, the last time anyone cleaned it was 2020. I would appreciate someone from the council contacting myself and also the owner of the land. If possible I would also like the owners details so I can contact them directly.
