  • This has ben investigated and the rubble is on private land owned by Rivar. Details have been passed over to them to arrange clearance as it is on private land and they are responsible for this ditch area.

  • You say this land is owned by Rivar but their boundary is the fence on the Broadwater Place side of this ditch. The land is not owned by them.
