The RV has been parked here for many weeks (Bullring, Deddington) and the van has returned after being moved and was parked in the square for a long time also. They are taking up places on an unadopted highway space that is for residents and therefore causing an insanitary inconvenience, that could become a traveller problem in an undesignated location.
