Dog poo bin

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council and Surrey County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3407033.

Bin is no longer upright and looks like someone has run over it . So damaged and no longer in the ground . This is the only dog poo bin that is on the main walkway in the green people have already started to just throw the bags on the floor near the bin so hopefully it can be fixed .
