Dumped rubbish

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3406775.

There are 3 or 4 tied up black binsacks dumped at ehe side of the road Old Romney side of Swan farm I did'nt have my camera tis morning but the are easily seen
