Charing Cross awash with litter

All the grass verges and shrub beds at Charing Cross need de-littered.

This has been reported multiple times now over the last year plus and duly ignored.

And, as seems to be the council standard these days, you send in squads to cut back the shrubbery here but always ignore all litter. If it takes say two diff. depts, surely one of the many senior council managers can communicate with another and have a co-ordinated approach to keeping Glasgow clean. Is that too much to ask?
