After spending £2.3m catchup on past under-funding, Woodside Libary is due to re-open on 28th March. Might be a good idea (joined-up thinking) to ensure the currently overflowing street bin directly outside it is emptied. Don't want a PR malfunction do we?
After which please ensure said bin is pro-actively checked and emptied - if it gets in its current state with NO library users, think what it will be like when the library actually opens again...
