Blocked drain or ditch at side of road

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3395736.

Anglian Water have been out to look at this problem thinking that it was a burst pipe and dug a large hole in the road which they are now re filling. The problem is a blocked underground drain or ditch causing water to flow down the road. This problem has been reported before but no action was taken. Whether this is a council responsibility or the land owner is not known but this problem needs to be addressed together with the previously reported problem of the drain further down the road. These drain problems have been in existence for many years but nothing is ever done to sort them out.
