Noisy manhole covers in middle of road

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3392902.

2 manhole covers are noisy when vehicles drive over them on the busy A119 between the mini-roundabout heading towards Hertford North train station and opposite bus stop outside Hertford County Hospital. I can hear the noise from my house which is opposite the bus stop, with windows closed.
