Someone has taken a lot of winter salt out of a yellow bin and littered it all over Feathers Lane in Wallingford. This can be harmful to dogs and we have many residents who walk their dogs in the town. Please can this be cleared as soon as possible and secure measures on the yellow winter salt bin and this occurred also last year.
