I see this as medium priority.

High excessive quantity due to person smoking on their doorstep and flicking their cigarette ends on to the pavement and surrounding area!

Broken bollard on Stourton way junction of Whitemead. there are lots of hard plastic bit from broken bollard, dangerous to children and pets as quite sharp.
