Stone Wall collapsing forced over by tree

Reported via desktop in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 12:10, Tuesday 15 March 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Dear All,

The stone wall in this area is close to collapse in 2 places. In both it appears to be caused by a trees on Canal Lane. These trees do not appear on the map, but are mature and I would suggest they require a management plan given proximity to the wall. The wall maybe listed and part of the planning consent to maintain. It now requires urgent bracing to avoid a dangerous collapse.

Please could you advise when this can be attended to?

Kind regards,

Adam
