Pedestrian crossing not working

The pedestrian crossing button on the sainsburys side of the crossing across Dussindale Drive is not working. The button reports being pressed but does not seem linked to the traffic signals. The green crossing light does not seem to come on at any point nor does the tactile come on the bottom turn. We had to judge the flow of traffic and run across four lanes. This has been the case for several days. Myself and my husband are guide dog owners and we rely on this crossing for our safety.
