The driver of a black Renault Trafic down Sefton Street has been parking far too close to other vehicles in the area, double parking and driving recklessly. The photos provided are just a snapshot of what residents have been dealing with for many months. The driver of this vehicle needs to be assessed or re-take their driving test. No-one should have to endure this type of nuisance and abusive driving and parking.
