It's a growing collection of rubbish/dumped materials in rear access lane behind St Paul's Road/St Edmunds Road/Springfield Road that has been ongoing for some months. It's attracting rats, flys, etc and is becoming very unsightly/unhealthy

    Problem still ongoing - some rubbish has gone but has been replaced with more/different material now - soil, clumps of roots/branches, plastic boxes, etc
