No signpost, where Hempton FP 5 joins Hempton FP 4. The Secretary of State, in DEFRA Rights of Way Circular 1.09, para 2.11, declares that local highway authorities "Authorities should ensure that members of the public are provided with sufficient information, by means of appropriate signs or notices, particularly at path junctions, to enable them to use the local rights of way network."
