Road markings missing depicting roundabout

Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3380034.

This is a 3 entry and exit roundabout, there are no road markings or signs from 2 of the ways onto the roundabout. Also there has been a sign moved onto the roundabout sign saying private land, this sign is in contravention of the road traffic orders as it is a publicly funded road. The developers have moved the boundaries to allow for their own parking enforcement officers to fine people incorrectly
