Trailer abandoned

Reported via mobile in the Flytipping category by Simon Ottino at 10:52, Friday 11 March 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

Since the council won't treat this abandoned trailer as an abandoned vehicle please can it be treated as flytipping. It is unsafe, it has a wheel missing and is in danger of collapsing. It has no parking permit. The company which were using it to advertise from have removed their advertising and just left it there. Trailers and caravans on roads are required to be lit at light. It is not lit. There must be a way of removing it.
