In disabled parking bay, there is uneven ground. i fell on the uneven ground.

On mon 7th march @ 17.30in the upper high street thame car park. in disabled bay opposite public toilets. parked up bought tail lift down. the ground was so uneven i fell on uneven ground. i went to A&E on tue 8th am, xray showed small fracture. had to take week off work.
