'Secret' public path STILL blocked and unsigned at Lookout (Cromer FP 11) - 2

Reporting further to: https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 3132665 Invisible/secret public path - STILL badly encroached upon at the lookout. There's STILL overgrown and overhanging vegetation, plant pots and other paraphernalia willfully placed and maintained on the path, gantry/steps STILL obstructing the path. There's STILL signage, of the path, by the highway authority. Chronic, long-term failure by the highway authority to prevent the obstruction of the path, and to assert and protect the public's rights to use and enjoy it.
