Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

A4130 from the east, travelling to exit northbound onto A34, several areas of serious failure of carriageway surface, including a significant crater in central lane if exiting to A4130 west. With manoeuvring/weaving vehicles will lead to a loss of control and serious risk to highway safety. The whole lower interchange needs to be assessed rather than ad-hoc temporay patch-repairs.
