Water flooding from ditch

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3373437.

There is a culvert under a path near the rear of the Hook Community Centre (the path between it and the tennis courts) which appears to be partly blocked. This means that during high rainfall events that the water overflows into the pedestrian underpass under Griffin Way South.
