Hardcore dumped

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3373427.

Bags of hardcore and paving stones, been dumped for at least 6 months now. Between charlcroft and Fenner close on the left going up oxenden.
