Refrigerator dropped from building

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3373277.

On the canal side of 136-138 Marjorie Street, there is a balcony which had people in regularly until recently. Subsequently no people are around and a fridge has been pushed through the rotten floor of the balcony. There are other things dumped here, too, where access would be by boat.
