Sawn branches on footpath

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 22:01, Tue 8 March 2022

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3373263.

Construction work in housing near Harston Lane, which backs onto the canal has had many trees cut down without due care to users of the canal towpath. Bricks and lumps of cement also lay on the footpath.

Updates

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 08:26, Wed 6 April 2022

  • Quick response received from the council but no follow-up. The response was a misunderstood reply to the location, the address failed to look any further than the text of "Harston Lane". A professional council person wouldn't have overlooked this matter.
