Oil spilled outside number 20 onto footpath

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Cars previously parked up on kerb by number 20. Clearly one has had an oil leak and the path has now got a rather large oil patch. Now a slip hazard for all. Dangerous.
