Reported via desktop anonymously at 13:49, Tue 8 March 2022

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council and North Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3371910.

The culvert just past “Mosswood “ has been blocked for at least 3 years now and causes flooding every time it rains. The flooding is damaging the rest of the lane making it almost undriveable.

  • I don't understand why it hasn't even been looked at, there is a 12ft deep culvert that is currently 9ft under debris, completely blocking the drain! I have been reporting this for 5years now and still no one has even bothered to take a look. I have a feeling that because manual labour will be needed the lazy bone idle "workers" just drive by and say that there's no problem. Its becoming a big problem when it rains and it would have cost next to nothing to clear it out when I first reported it,but now it's going to cost thousands to repair all the damage that is being done.
