Defective & loose manhole

Outside 46 & 48 Hogarth Avenue there is a defective/loose manhole which is worsening each time cars cross it & is therefore posing danger to vehicles. The looseness of the manhole is causing a severely loud clanking noise when cars are going across it. This is causing sleep disturbance to most residents in the estate. Needs to be secured/fixed to prevent danger & remove the level of noise disturbance to residents living in area.
