Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3369046.

This is the second time of reporting this location of a flytip pulled from the adjacent ditch. First report Wednesday 2nd March. Around 15 bags, some of which contain glass plus wire and plastic roofing. Location is Hook Wall, about 300 metres from junction with Midley Wall.
