Walking elderly dog on the lead along a public footpath when despite giving the cow a wide berth she charged at me and the dog. I slipped and twisted my thumb but fortunately dragged my dog through the gate before the cow could reach me

The field opposite Deane House Thorpe Langton is regularly used by dog walkers and placing a single cow in there with its calf when there are alternatives seems irresponsible of the farmer Malcolm Brooke.
