Big pothole on left hand side, impossible to see in the dark and likely to damage vehicles

Driving towards Basingstoke from Preston Candover in the dark, we hit a huge pothole. It hasn’t appeared to have damaged our car, but saw two others with issues just after it. It needs to be fixed asap as will cause damage to tyres, wheels or suspension and cause serious accidents for a cyclist. Location is approximate as it was dark and wasn’t sure of exact location on that road.
