Bad rubbish off skip lorries

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3364117.

The road from The Tadmarton Heath/Wigginton Crossroads down to the Gate Hangs High pub has terrible rubbish on both sides, affecting wildlife. This has been here since the last time the council came out to clear about 2 years ago.
