Kennel full of dogs barking

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3349916.

RSPCA website not even taking notices.

Property 215 has dog security business car at the front, a kennel in the back, full of dogs barking at all times. The fenced area next to it contains a mountain of rubbish and appears to be used as a dumping site. This is a waste offence under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

Loads of people shouting ''QUIET'' with zero result.

It seems that the dogs welfare is ignored.
