Cars parked on private parking spaces with expired Mot&Road Tax.

The silver Land Rover and Mercedes’ Benz are parked on 2 private spaces for a year without ever moving their MOT and tax road is expired for a long time , I know one of the residents has reported it but nothing was done about it. The houses that do not have a driveway have private designated spaces to park their cars to ensure there is no obstructions. The residents that left their cars there have their own driveway but choose not to use it and just left those cars undriven on someone’s space. The residents that these spaces actually belong to park on the entrance to our street causing a big obstruction and a hazard. Because when you drive to leave the street or drive in to the street the space between your car and their cars is so tight making it very easy to scratch or hit them. Also most of us have small children if one of them was to suddenly ran out on the road the person driving the car wouldn’t have were to steer the car and this could cause a serious accident.
