Noisy builders starting before 8am

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council and Surrey County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3339744.

The noisy builders that where working here before Christmas are back. They start well before 8am, normally 7.30ish with the first thing they do being turning the radio on full blast outside and then standing having a loud chat before then turning power tools on. The radio and shouting to one another continues at full blast until late afternoon and there is no let up. I understand various people have complained but they don't seem to care.
