Noisy manhole cover, repeated

Sent to Fareham Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3339384.

2nd time raised as I thought it was fixed but started hearing it again tonight.

Noisey manhole cover on exit of busy round about, can be heard from at least 50ft every time it’s driven over day and night. Can this please be looked at, it could be a quick and easy fix.
